- Technical Data
▪ Excellent packing system
The use of excellent flexible graphite packing ensures the best sealing and lubrication as well as easy operation.
▪ Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy disc
▪ Upper and lower guiding ring on the disc
▪ Threaded bonnet
· Unwelded bonnet (Locking Collar) employ a locking collar for easy dismantling or maintenance.
▪ With the best Cv value
The inclined body and the best design of the internal channel allow the fluid to flow in a streamlined manner, thus achieving a higher CV value and reducing pressure loss.
▪ Long seat life
The integral stellite hard coated seat with special process on the valve body provides tight shut off and long seat life. Conical sealing surface provides reliable and durable seal by a small axial force only.
▪ Quick and easy repair
The internal parts such as seat, disc and bonnet can be quickly replaced. It allows valves in use at low cost.
The sealing surface of disc is coated with hard alloy or integral hard alloy, which has excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance, erosion resistance and gives the valve a long service life.
The fully-guided disc has upper and lower guiding rings, the top and bottom of the valve disc simultaneously oriented, composing a piston disc in the body to eliminate sticking, surface scratches, and vibration of disc. The guide ring in the bottom of the disc makes the fluid traverse the valve nearly in a straight line which can effectively reduce the risk of breakdown caused by side impact.
· Welded bonnet ensure an absolute protection from body-bonnet leakage.
