▪ High-precision sealing up to ANSI Class V
▪ New technology adopted. The valve seat, made from stainless-steel, is welded with hard alloy. The thickness of the surfacing layer is up to 2.5~3mm, which enables the metal seat to resist friction and enhances the service life.
▪ Spring and soft gasket are both adopted in the V3T model to form a sealing component with the metal seat. This endues the metal seat with resilient load, ensuring the sealing stability.
▪ Fire tests acc. to API 607 and API 6FA
▪ Various material components are available for a variety of service application up to 500ºC
▪ Surface-hardened ball allows use in more severe applications such as steam, coal, mud, pulp, high temperature gas, oil, petrochemicals and chemicals.
